Online (Web) Training  

NEW!  Rediker Software now offers online training.  If you would prefer not to send your staff to our headquarters, our expert trainers can conduct training sessions for your staff online … live ... during a time that's convenient for you and your staff! Instead of the trainer traveling to your site, our trainer conducts the training over the Internet through your school's Internet connected computer and speakerphone. Web training sessions are geared to the exact training needs of your staff and are conducted using online "virtual" meeting rooms, which allow your staff to attend sessions from the comfort of their office or classrooms. Gather your staff in a lab or school office, project our training web site on the wall or on-screen, pickup the speakerphone, call the trainer, and VIOLA - training begins.  The truly interactive environment is as "live" as if the instructor was in the room with your staff.  Just sit back and soak in the information!  Request information

Online Support Sessions

Several times a year, we also offer brief online support sessions on FAQs.  These one-hour "mini-support" sessions are offered to provide help and assistance on specific topics that most schools go through at similar times during the school year. Just In Time Support Sessions are conducted using online "virtual" meeting rooms. These meeting rooms provide the opportunity for schools to attend sessions from the comfort of their office or classrooms. Once you've joined a Mini Support Session, you just sit back and soak in the information!
