Attendance Plus is the Administrator's Plus module for tracking attendance in PK-12 public or private schools and school districts of any size. Tardy Students Simply Swipe Their ID Cards

Attendance Plus simplifies the process of recording tardy students. As late students enter the school, they simply swipe their ID cards. Attendance Plus records their arrival, changes their absence to a tardy, and automatically prints a tardy slip for admission to class.

Notify Parents of Attendance Problems

Attendance Plus can automatically generate parental notification letters when students exceed your specified tardiness and absence limits (5 days, 10 days, etc.). Each day, the program calculates which students have reached a limit and prints personalized letters to their parents with details of their child’s attendance. Our optional e-mail module expands attendance features to let schools e-mail parents these attendance warning notices.

Attendance Plus’ built-in, fully customizable report writer lets you draw upon your attendance data to design and print reports, from customized letters and attendance notices, to detailed reports analyzing your attendance

Our optional PDA module offers an easy-to-use, portable tool for viewing attendance data remotely on hand-held devices. Access daily and period attendance on PDAs. Let Parents View Student Attendance Online

Due to our software’s integration with the Edline web portal, schools can easily and quickly make attendance available online for parents to view. Edline is so simple to use that even staff members who are computer novices can quickly learn to post attendance online. Furthermore, by allowing parents to check their children's attendance at any time, Edline increases parental involvement in their children's education and helps schools meet NCLB school-home communication requirements.

Add Time-Saving E-Mail Features

We also offer an optional e-mail module which can add e-mail features to Attendance Plus and all Administrators Plus modules used in your school:

• E-mail parents warning notices when children exceed your specified limits for lateness or absenteeism.
• E-mail attendance letters to parents at home and/or work and Cc guidance counselors.
• E-mail reports on students' attendance to staff.
• E-mail the daily attendance bulletin to staff each day.

Integrates with PhoneMaster Contact System

Automatically call parents of absent students. Since our software is integrated with the renowned PhoneMaster school-home communication system, PhoneMaster can draw upon the student contact and attendance information stored in Administrator's Plus to automatically phone parents of students who are absent or who have exceeded a specified number of absences.

Optional Period Attendance Module

An additional, integrated Period Attendance module is available for middle and high schools to track attendance period-by-period.
