Rediker Software invites educators to join us in person for a free presentation of our easy-to-use, fully integrated student information software system.  These live presentations will be held in the East, South, Central/Midwest, New England, and West. Purchasing a software system is an important process. We have such confidence in our software's ease-of-use and reliability that we demonstrate Administrator's Plus using live data using a member of the audience as our new "student". These demonstrations provide an ideal opportunity to see the software's capabilities, to ask questions pertinent to your school, and to see how an integrated software program can meet the needs of your entire school.  

   Who should attend?

Any individual whose school could benefit from a new or improved software program is encouraged to attend. Although many schools send one or two staff members, other schools send a group (for instance: their principal,  administrators, school secretaries, technology coordinator, guidance counselor, librarian, and teachers) to preview the software together.  School systems often send the superintendent and several school principals.  

   What do we demonstrate?

See how easy it is to implement a school administrative software system that manages student record keeping school-wide and connects the school's main to office to classrooms, and other department offices. We will demonstrate how Administrator's Plus manages student demographic records, scheduling, class attendance, PK-12 report cards (including those with narrative, state standards and skills), transcripts, discipline and tuition billing efficiently and effectively. We will also demonstrate our picture ID card module which creates student ID cards that can be swiped to record tardy students, check out books, and make cafeteria purchases.

We will demonstrate how the GradeQuick, the teacher grade book software program, is fully integrated with Administrator's Plus. GradeQuick will let your teachers download student rosters, organize and manage student grades and send attendance and grades to the main office over the network. GradeQuick and Edline will allow a school to post assignments, progress reports, exam scores and grades on the Internet. Parents can view their child's attendance, assignments, progress reports, and latest exam scores securely online while students can easily access assignments, class notes, and more from home 24 hours a day (Children can’t “forget” their homework assignments because parents know they can visit anytime and find them!).  You will also see how Edline's simplicity (It is as easy and convenient to use as Yahoo or AOL) makes it an ideal way to encourage parents involvement in their children's education. 

Following this main presentation, we will give an overview of The School Office Suite products of interest to the attendees. In these 10-minute sessions, our representative will give a brief overview of programs for managing records in the school nurse's office, library, cafeteria, admissions, development and business offices.  While these overviews are not in-depth like the morning session, the do demonstrate how our complete integrated system can serve the unique needs of your school. Whatever your school's record keeping needs, the School Office Suite offers program to save your school time and money by cutting the time your staff spends entering data and managing records.

   Where are they held and how do I register?

We traditionally host demonstrations in major airport hotels. Once you register for a particular show, we will notify you by fax of your registration and follow-up by faxing or calling you with the hotel location. Please call us or register on-line so we can properly plan each event.
